 Floral and light. Gardenia infused overnight on a high-mountain green tea.
A floral and delicate green tea. On the palate, gardenia expresses itself with freshness and finesse, on a soft and luminous vegetal base. No bitterness.

Natural Infusion
Fresh gardenia flowers, placed on the tea overnight, removed the next morning. What's in your cup is the tea and the flower. Nothing else.

Hot preparation
First infusion: 2 to 3 min at 80°C, delicate floral, fresh and light.
Second infusion: 3 to 4 min, softer profile, melted floral, very delicate.

Cold preparation
2g for 50 cl of cold water. 4 to 6 hours in the refrigerator. When cold, the floral aftertaste of gardenia expresses itself, light and delicate.

Quantity
100g will last you for 25 liters, the leaves accepting a second infusion for even more finesse.
