These General Terms and Conditions govern the sales of teas and infusions offered on www.spiritus-mundi.net .

Prices are shown in euros including tax, excluding delivery costs.

3. Orders
Any order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

4. Payment
Payment is secure and can be made by credit card or via the solutions offered by Shopify.

5. Delivery
Products are delivered to France and Europe. Average delivery time: 2 to 5 working days.

6. Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal.
⚠️ Exception: opened or unsealed food products (opened tea bags) are not returned.

7. Liability
Spiritus Mundi cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure.

8. Disputes
