 Floral and deep. Gardenia infused overnight in high-mountain black tea.
A round and comforting black tea. On the palate, the gardenia expresses itself with power and generosity, on a warm and enveloping base. No bitterness.

Natural infusion
Fresh gardenia flowers, placed on the tea overnight, removed the next morning. What's in your cup is tea and flower. Nothing else.

Hot preparation
First infusion: 3 to 4 min at 95 °C, powerful floral, roundness and depth.
Second infusion: 5 to 6 min, softer profile, melted floral, great elegance.

Cold preparation
2g for 50 cl of cold water. 6 to 8 hours in the refrigerator. When cold, the floral aftertaste of gardenia expresses itself, rounder and deeper.

Quantity
100g will yield 25 liters, with the leaves allowing a second infusion for even more finesse.

Origin
Sichuan Mountains, near Mount Emei. Each batch analyzed by the independent Eurofins laboratory, in accordance with the most demanding European health standards.
