Preparation
First infusion: 3 to 4 min at 95°C, powerful and warm.
Second infusion: 5 to 6 min, softer profile, great depth.

Quantity
100g will provide 25 litres, with the leaves accepting a second infusion for even more finesse.

Origin
Sichuan Mountains, near Mount Emei. Each batch analyzed by the independent laboratory Eurofins, in accordance with the most stringent European health standards.
